Cancellation Policy for Mrs. Stretch Mark Eraser At Mrs. Stretch Mark Eraser, I value your time and mine. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review and follow the cancellation policy: 1. Punctuality: • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled. 2. Deposit Requirement: • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Appointments without a deposit will not be held. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: • A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you reschedule multiple times, your appointment will be canceled, and you will no longer be allowed to book with me. 4. No-Show & Same-Day Cancellation Policy: • If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. • If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. • I understand that emergencies happen—please reach out if you are in an emergency situation. 5.
